Our training sessions are not mandatory, but they are an important part of preparing for your future. They’ll help you get in shape for the CHIP test, maintain the fitness needed for the Police Academy, and build connections with others who share your goal of joining the NHPD. You'll also meet current New Haven Officers, get valuable insights into our process, and start building relationships that can support your journey.
